APG Ford Ranger ProRunner

The Ultimate Performance Package for your 2019+ Ford Ranger

Ford engineered the 5th generation Ranger as a rugged, sturdy, reliable pickup for a multitude of uses, but left a lot of room for improvement in its aesthetics and off-road capability. This is where we stepped in, and sought to engineer a conversion package that brings real off-road performance and styling to the Ford Ranger with a combination of aesthetic and performance upgrades, all at an affordable price. A true carbon fiber wide body system made of 100% aerospace-grade carbon fiber adds 10-inches of width to the truck and allows for fitment of up to 35-inch tires and up to 12.75-inches of suspension travel. The ProRunner Series 1 package long-travel suspension system includes +3″ wider upper and lower control arms, billet extended tie rods with FK rod ends, extended CV axle shafts (4WD trucks only), front hub centric wheel rings and rear wheel adapters with black lug nuts, all designed and manufactured by APG. The ProRunner Series 1 package does NOT include wheels, tires or shocks, allowing owners to choose based on their personal preference. The Series 1 package can be applied to 2WD or 4WD trucks. All ProRunner body panels and components are designed, engineered, and manufactured in California. The APG ProRunner Conversion is engineered for MAXIMUM off-road performance, without sacrificing on-road drivability. Most of our customers actually prefer to daily drive their ProRunner Rangers!

Installation

APG offers a white-glove installation of our ProRunner conversion system. We handle the entire process of installing suspension, wheels, tires, paint, aftermarket accessories, and more at our world-class facility, APG HQ, in Garden Grove, CA. Typical build time for a Series 1 ProRunner conversion is two weeks. Any added accessories or parts such as rear bumper, roof rack, auxiliary lighting, winch, etc will add to the overall build time.

How it Works

The first step in transforming your Ford Ranger into a ProRunner is choosing your options and building a quote. You have the option to do this both on our Website Configurator Tool, or by contacting our sales team directly.

If we are handling the installation here at our facility, we required a 50% deposit to pull your parts and secure your production dates. The remaining balance must be paid in full at time of vehicle pick-up. We accept cash, check, credit card, PayPal, wire transfer, and also offer affordable financing options through Affirm.

If you do not live near us, but wish to have the installation done here at APG, please contact our sales team to arrange shipping of your truck to and from our facility. We have customers all over the United States, and we are experienced in logistics to make the process safe and easy.

If you elect to have your parts shipped to you, or another shop for installation, we require a payment in full at the time the order is placed. Although most of our in-house components are regularly in stock and ready to ship, please ask a sales team member for an estimated lead time on all your parts and options.
