The front suspension is comprised of a pair of King 2.5 Coilovers with Remote reservoirs and Compression Adjusters and our own Billet Aluminum Upper Control Arms. The upper control arms are constructed from billet aluminum, featuring double-adjustable HEIM joints to dial your alignment without removal, utilizing a 1.5″ upper bearing, 17-4 spacers and misalignments, and a uniquely machined upper dust cap. These UCA’s have been tested to ensure you will not make contact with the reservoir hoses at full droop. Our UCA’s give you the most versatility and adjustment than our competitors. Simply put, our UCA is the best of the best.
Tie rod braces are cool, but they are a band-aid fix that don’t address the cause of common failures. If you plan on increasing your tire size or running hard off-road and have not yet upgraded your steering components, add a pair of (Full) HD Tie Rods to your suspension system. These are identical strength to the tie-rods that come on the Bronco Raptor, trusted by Ford to take on 37-inch tires, without the hassles of heim steering. These come with inner/outer connecting rods, boots, clamps, and all necessary hardware for installation. Got knocking or vibration from your lift? We don’t! The rear suspension consists of a pair of King 2.5 Rear Shocks with Remote Reservoirs and Compression Adjusters, double adjustable (adjustable without removal) lower control arms that incorporate the best link style joint in the business (Johnny Joints). These rear links come pre set for the system but still allow the user to adjust pinion angles if they choose to increase ride height to acceptable parameters. These joints permit just the right amount of flex the parallel 4-link these Broncos need. Fixed bearing control arms send excess force to your axle which WILL cause rapid degradation of axle components.
