Bolt-On Suspension Performance
If you’re looking for the benefits of long travel suspension without the welding, this kit if for you. We designed this kit to provide the added track width and travel to deliver stability and performance in both crawling and fast-paced off-road applications, without the need for cutting and welding to your frame. We engineered this system to pair with our King 2.5 coilover with APG spec valving and spring rates, but it can be paired with any aftermarket OEM-replacement coilover, giving you flexibility to run the shocks you choose. This system was designed with a 37-inch tire in mind, and to be combined with our Carbon Fiber wide body fenders for optimal clearance. Travel numbers will vary slightly between shock manufacturers, but this kit is capable of delivering up to 14.5″ of suspension travel in full bolt-on configuration, and adds 7″ of track width to the front end of your Bronco.
Provided with this kit are the same upper and lower control arms found in our ProRunner Front Race Kit, giving you maximum strength and durability no matter what trails you’re on. The heimed billet upper control arms with uniballs are equipped with double adjusters, allowing you to fine-tune alignment specs without removal of the arms themselves. Instead of a simple tie rod extension, we provide you with a fully adjustable HD (HEIM) Tie Rod system with for maximum strength and durability.
To retain your 4WD capability, our kit comes with a set of 4340 chromoly extended CV Axles. These axle shafts will replace your factory shafts, and extend out to accommodate the wider track width. We also include OEM style clamps to retain the stock CV joints and boots from the stock assemblies. Disassembly and reassembly of these CV axles requires special tools and professional installation.
Pair this kit with your Coilover or shock of choice, and you’ve got a production long-travel front suspension that’s ready to take on any terrain.

*Spherical bearings and Heim joints require initial and periodical lubrication. APG recommends cleaning and lubricating joints twice a year (before and after winter)
*Compatible with any Bronco model (2 Door/4 Door) with an M210 FDU (*NOT designed for Bronco Raptor*)
*2Door Bronco LT systems require special springs to reduce ride height, factory anti-dive is dangerous for short wheelbase vehicles with high VCOG.
